Blockchain transactions are often final and irreversible once confirmed. Sending funds to the wrong address, losing wallet keys, or approving malicious transactions may result in permanent loss. Verify addresses, amounts, and listing details before you confirm.

Escrow on the Platform is a product feature designed to hold funds during an order workflow. It is not FDIC insurance, a bank deposit, or a guarantee that every dispute will resolve in your favor. Escrow behavior is described in our Terms of Service and may vary by environment or order type.

Buying, selling, or receiving digital assets or collectibles may create tax obligations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax reporting or advice. Consult a qualified tax professional. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

Laws governing digital assets and marketplaces change frequently and differ by region. The Platform may not be available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with laws that apply to you.

Wallets, RPC providers, and blockchains are operated by third parties. Outages, congestion, forks, or smart contract issues can delay or prevent transactions. Dabs Collectibles does not control the Solana network or third-party wallet software.

Dabs Collectibles is a marketplace operator, not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian (except as explicitly described for escrow infrastructure), or money transmitter unless separately licensed and identified. Card values and token mechanics are not deposits or securities unless stated otherwise in a formal offering document reviewed by counsel.
