This Privacy Policy describes how Dabs Collectibles ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Platform. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

Account and identity: Email address (for magic-link authentication), optional display name or profile fields, linked wallet public address(es), and authentication logs.

Marketplace activity: Listings you create (titles, descriptions, photos, prices, inventory status), orders, escrow status, dispute records, and messages or evidence you submit through Platform tools.

Shipping and fulfillment: Names, addresses, and phone numbers you provide for orders. Shipping details are shared only with the parties who need them to fulfill an order (buyer, seller, and authorized Platform services).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

On-chain data: Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction signatures, amounts) is inherently public and not controlled by us.

We use information to:

• Provide accounts, listings, checkout, escrow, and order support;
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms and Guidelines;
• Communicate about orders, security, and product updates;
• Improve and measure the Platform (including aggregated analytics);
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar regions, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent where required (for example, optional marketing), and legal obligations.

We may share information with:

• Other users — as needed for transactions (for example, seller/buyer shipping details on an order);
• Service providers — hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, and infrastructure partners that process data on our instructions;
• Blockchain networks and wallet providers — when you initiate on-chain transactions;
• Catalog and pricing partners — for example, Pokémon catalog APIs, comps providers, or price oracles when you use those features;
• Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share email inboxes with advertisers.

Depending on configuration, the Platform may use providers such as:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage;
• Vercel — hosting and deployment;
• Solana RPC providers — reading chain state and submitting transactions you authorize;
• Wallet adapters / wallet apps — connection and signing (subject to their policies);
• Email delivery — magic-link messages via our auth provider.

Third-party services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order and listing records may be kept for several years for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to exceptions (for example, open disputes or legal holds).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your email account and wallet.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact support@dabscollectibles.app. We may verify your request. You may also unlink wallets or stop using the Platform at any time, subject to retention described above.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

The Platform is not for users under 18. Contact us if you believe we have collected data from a minor.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
