Terms of Service

dabscollectibles (“Dabs”, “we”, “us”) provides a Solana-based marketplace for trading cards and related collectibles. By connecting a wallet or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Escrow & payments

Purchases are funded into escrow (custodial platform wallet or simulated ledger in development). Sellers receive net proceeds after delivery confirmation (or admin tracking verification) and a 24-hour buyer-protection window, less the platform fee. Fees are intended to be swapped into DABS and distributed per the published token policy.

2. Seller obligations

Sellers must ship within three business days with valid carrier tracking. High-value orders may require signature confirmation and package/label photos. Misrepresented items may be disputed and refunded.

3. Disputes

Buyers may open a dispute within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Admins may refund the buyer or release funds to the seller based on evidence. Platform decisions are final for on-platform escrow.

4. Risk

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once released. You are responsible for securing your wallet and verifying listing details before purchase. The service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
